Women and Child Development Society is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide holistic engagement and empowerment programs to children, women, farmers, HIV infected and specially-abled by ensuring equitable growth, dignified and healthier lives. We started the organization in 1997 at Mudalagi (T) registered under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act of 1960, we have catered to over a thousand individuals across Belagavi and Bagalkot districts.Our primary focus is on educating as well as engaging children with special needs, to address missing child issues we have also started Missing Child Bureau in Belgaum district, empowering women by training SHGs and catering income generation program, promoting organic farming and organizing Krishi Mela workshops to farmers and securing overall well-being of the specially-abled and HIV infected.

Personality Development Training
From 19-12-2020 to 24-12-2020, Mudalagi's Women and Child Development Organization is working with orphans and disabled . Awareness program on personality development, music, entertainment and painting for affected children.
Awareness Program on Older Persons, Family and Community Hygiene was held on 12-10-2020. About 32 people attended the event.
On 22-09-2020, a free mask was distributed to the women of the SHG and the organization organized an awareness program on mask making and corona. About 90 women attended.
Lunch for Corona Warriors
The NGO arranged lunch for Corona warriors of different departments like Mudalagi Police department, Health department, Education department,Income tax department and Corporation staff.Food was arranged for around 150 personnel. A great satisfaction was derived from this program
Women's Day Program
International Women's Day Program was conducted at Mudalgi. Various Women organizations and women Self Help Groups participated in the program. Around 150 Women participated in the program.
The workshop was conducted in NGO office Mudalagi. More than 300 teachers from State Prathiba Parishad personnel and other related officers attended the program. This workshop helped in finding the untapped talents in students.
